12 Monkeys (circle design poster)

I recently watched the excellent 90's time-travel film '12 monkeys' and it got me thinking about how on earth would you go about promoting a flim like that with a poster.

At the time they went two ways, the 1st was the usual bland floating heads and the 2nd, a 12 monkeys graphic which I quite liked.

I thought I'd have a crack at making my own version. I wanted to try and portray the idea of time being involved and the theme of 12 is played in the background stripes and the 12 clock-face monkeys. I also wanted the poster to look aged.

This was composed entirely on my iPad, mostly with Sketchpad Pro and a couple of processing apps.
