I've recently added the Turtles to my 80's cartoon art blog and was scouting dA for art when I came across this sketch of Leonardo by user bustrucket.

I really like the style and, since I was looking for something to add a splash of colour to, I asked Rick if he would let me have a go. He kindly agreed.

The plan was to keep *mostly* to the proper colour scheme but with a few adjustments to make the colours as unique as the sketch. Hopefully I've achieved that.

Colours added using my iPad with Sketchpad software and Griffin stylus.
